Our Products

Our ethically sourced, fair trade, and certified organic coffee beans were thoughtfully selected for your enjoyment. Cultivated and harvested on a small farm in the heart of Chiapas, Mexico, our coffee beans were grown "Altura" or at high altitudes of around 1200-1800 meters, to ensure the highest quality. The region of Chiapas provides a unique and complex coffee bean profile with notes of chocolate, caramel, tropical fruit sweetness, and nuttiness.

Washed and sundried to perfection, at Divine Matriarch we skillfully roast these divine green beans to an ideal smooth, well-balanced, and full-bodied medium roast. 

As a signature touch to our roasting process, we prioritize expressing our gratitude for a successful roast, for the farmers and farm workers, and for the nourishment and medicinal benefits these coffee beans will provide to all who have the opportunity to sip and enjoy. We express this gratitude by reciting our signature prayer over each batch of freshly roasted coffee beans.

Our specialty coffee is available for purchase by the pound, ground or whole bean, at our retail partner location, Raindrop's Quickstop. Raindrop's Quickstop is located on Shinnecock Nation Territory at 40 Montauk Hwy Southampton, NY 11968. Their business hours are 6am-12am and open 7 days a week (holiday observation hours vary). 

Raindrop's Quickstop is an Indigenous family-owned and operated convenience store and is home to our partners, Raindrop's Coffee Roasters, who sell hot and iced organic coffee on premise daily.
